1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through:

• Your account settings on the FetchJobs platform

1.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
• No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing period

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing access to premium features for more than 48 hours
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Unauthorized charges on your account

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Partial subscription periods after service has been accessed
• Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
• Failure to cancel before renewal date
• One-time purchases and featured job postings

2. Provide your transaction ID and reason for the refund request
3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method

3. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Promotional pricing is valid only for the initial billing period unless otherwise stated
• Subsequent renewals will be charged at the regular rate
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts
• No refunds will be provided for the difference if you purchase at full price before a promotion begins

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

• You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription
• Each user is eligible for one free trial only

5. Payment Failures

If a subscription payment fails:

• We will attempt to process the payment again
• Your access to premium features may be suspended until payment is successful
• If payment fails repeatedly, your subscription may be cancelled

6. Exceptional Circumstances

FetchJobs reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Extended service outages or technical issues
• Changes to service terms that materially affect your subscription
• Other circumstances determined on a case-by-case basis
